Manage customer onboarding and account maintenance for individual and non-individual accounts, ensuring error-free processing, CKYC/Re-KYC compliance, TAT validation, data accuracy, MIS reporting, exception review, process improvement, and team training.

Manage large corporate client relationships and portfolio growth by delivering tailored financial solutions, increasing customer engagement, optimizing profitability, and maintaining prudent risk management. The role owns asset, liability, and portfolio P&L budgets, portfolio quality, and revenue, working under the Zonal Head alongside an Associate Relationship Manager.

Supports large corporate relationship management by analyzing customer needs, business performance, and financing opportunities. Works with Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers on deal sourcing, proposal writing, credit approval documentation, loan delivery, portfolio management, and client engagement. Identifies business opportunities and recommends banking solutions that support portfolio growth.
