Create, edit, and produce video, photo, and design content for UCF social channels; track social trends; develop content strategies; capture event content; train and coordinate student interns; collaborate with team to ensure engaging, audience-focused digital storytelling.

Provide multi-channel IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, use endpoint management and vulnerability tools, create knowledge base articles, coordinate vendor repairs, meet service-level metrics, and be available for occasional after-hours and emergency campus support.

Conduct research in NLP, computer vision, and AI aimed at publishing annually in top-tier conferences. Contribute to teaching CAP6411. PhD required before start; provide three professional references. Position based at UCF with Florida residency expectation and additional screening for certain international affiliations.

Coordinate planning, implementation, and reporting for digital learning pilots and initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, documentation, project management tools, and event logistics while supporting faculty and cross-campus collaboration to ensure projects meet goals and timelines.

Manage a portfolio of mid-level and major donors: cultivate, solicit, steward, and close gifts. Identify and qualify prospects, track portfolio performance, and collaborate with leadership and UCF Advancement to align fundraising with organizational priorities.
