Lead the creation of Harmattan AI’s UAS engineering organization in Rabat, managing approximately 50 people across six engineering modules. Own the complete technical chain from airframe and propulsion through avionics, launchers, ground systems, qualification, flight testing, and series production. Build the local supplier ecosystem, recruit and mentor engineering leaders, deliver contractual milestones, and manage relationships with executives, program leadership, and defense customers.

Plan material requirements, generate and monitor supplier purchase orders, optimize inventory parameters, and maintain ERP master data. Monitor supplier delivery performance, identify supply risks, coordinate discrepancy resolution, and develop reports and dashboards covering inventory health and forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams while leading process improvements and mitigation plans.

Designs embedded compute modules, baseboards, and test boards from system architecture through production. Responsibilities include high-speed digital design, power-tree development, schematic and layout guidance, design reviews, manufacturing collaboration, board bring-up, troubleshooting, and thermal, vibration, EMC, and ESD qualification. The role collaborates with software, mechanical, and validation teams to deliver flight-ready defense hardware.

Leads automation and industrialization from prototype through high-volume serial production. Owns manufacturing roadmaps, process and line architecture, DFM/DFA, tooling, test equipment, automation suppliers, commissioning, validation, capacity optimization, and production readiness. Standardizes and replicates production systems across international sites while developing a technically strong team and scaling defense hardware manufacturing.

Designs mechanical structures, packaging, thermal solutions, shielding, and cable routing for RF and high-power electronic warfare systems. Owns mechanical design from concept through prototyping, validation, and field deployment while coordinating with hardware, software, GNC, and machine learning teams. Contributes to system reviews, architecture decisions, documentation, and design traceability.

Provide strategic executive assistance to founders, managing complex international calendars, communications, briefings, travel, stakeholder relationships, and follow-through on key initiatives. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, discretion, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and coordination across government, investor, defense, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, on-site Paris environment.

Design, assemble, and commission robotics and automation cells on a mixed-model assembly line. Integrate robots, sensors, and PLCs; manage integrators and suppliers from RFQ through FAT/SAT; monitor cell performance, drive OEE improvements, and iterate on automation during production ramp-up.

Lead end-to-end system architecture for multi-system robotic defense platforms. Define system-of-systems designs, verify sizing via simulations, govern integration and specifications, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and institutionalize validation and documentation processes.

Lead the ISR & Strike product line end-to-end: define strategy and roadmap, manage contracts, oversee program and production execution, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, own financials, and manage a team of program/product managers and system architects to deliver complex defense systems.

Design and implement high-precision PNT/navigation solutions using tightly-coupled IMU/GNSS filtering and multi-sensor fusion. Develop resilience to GNSS degradation, jamming and spoofing, design tests and simulations, validate performance, and coordinate across hardware, software, EW and ML teams while maintaining documentation and requirements traceability.
