The role requires reconciling billing transactions, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service, primarily in a hybrid setting.

Summer 2027, in-office actuarial/data science internship supporting rate reviews, competitive analyses, modeling, and business reports. Assist with data preparation, apply ratemaking methods, analyze monthly/quarterly actuarial data, conduct peer research, and support projects across commercial, specialty, agribusiness, reserving, claims, reinsurance, and modeling teams.
