Originate and manage a commercial loan and lease portfolio (primarily equipment financing), evaluate creditworthiness, structure and price loans/leases, support relationship managers, train junior officers, and ensure compliance with bank credit policies.

Manage and grow a Loan Production Office by recruiting, training, and leading a team of mortgage loan originators (6+). Originate loans, oversee pipelines, develop referral networks, implement growth strategies, ensure compliance (SAFE Act/NMLS), and meet profit and production goals.
