Skills Required
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 5 years' experience identifying and developing commercial credit opportunities (equipment loan experience preferred)
- Ability to understand financial analysis, structure loans, and assess complex credit risk
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and management interactions
- Strong client relationship, sales and presentation skills and product knowledge
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, self-motivated, high energy, team-oriented
