Provides business analysis and process improvement support across bank departments. Analyzes workflows, business needs, systems, and operational trends; documents requirements, business cases, processes, and project deliverables. Administers banking applications, supports system integration and access controls, creates reports, performs regression and scenario testing, and recommends technology-enabled efficiencies.
