Collect, verify, and upload PODs; maintain accurate POD tracking MIS; follow up on pending PODs; coordinate with billing for invoice processing; ensure error-free documentation and filing.

Manage assigned key logistics clients as single point of contact, coordinate operations (warehouse, transport, billing), track SLAs/KPIs, prepare MIS reports, resolve escalations, ensure accurate billing and documentation, and drive process improvements to maintain service levels.
