Own the enterprise change and adoption strategy for large-scale transformations. Lead stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, communications, change-agent networks, training, impact assessments, resistance mitigation, and adoption measurement. Conduct telephone premium audits for workers’ compensation, general liability, and commercial auto policies. Update audit worksheets, determine classifications and exposures, resolve disputes, approve revisions within authority, and answer questions from underwriters, agents, and customers. Manage assignments efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards, maintain audit expertise through training, and provide professional customer service. This is a remote role with an onsite requirement twice annually.

Manage Acuity’s personal or package insurance product lines, overseeing product strategy, roadmaps, market performance, growth, and profitability. Analyze competitive, customer, pricing, and industry data to identify product opportunities and enhancements. Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, actuarial, communications, and other stakeholders to execute strategies, align goals, and deliver insights to business leaders. Present performance updates and support sustainable competitive advantage.

Support data analytics and visualization by conducting research, collecting data, applying mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques, and summarizing findings accurately. Collaborate with team members, follow department procedures, and learn actuarial methodologies, company operations, and computer systems. The intern must demonstrate strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent work skills while pursuing an undergraduate degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field.

Supports data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to generate business insights and monitor performance. The intern researches topics, summarizes findings accurately, collaborates with others, follows department procedures, and learns reporting, visualization, analytical methodologies, company operations, and computer systems. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate mathematics, actuarial science, or related degree program and demonstrate strong academic performance, communication, analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, teamwork, and independent-work skills.

Supports corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal operations by maintaining records, inventories, filings, and compliance tracking tools. Assists with contracts, regulatory inquiries, subpoena responses, legal research, internal investigations, complaints monitoring, and corrective-action documentation. Collaborates with internal departments to resolve legal and regulatory matters and ensure timely compliance.

Conduct risk assessments and surveys for commercial underwriting, prepare detailed reports, identify loss exposures, and recommend strategies to reduce claims. Advise policyholders and agents on hazard controls, safety programs, training, accident investigations, industrial hygiene, and workplace safety. Build stakeholder relationships, evaluate accounts against underwriting standards, maintain territory contacts, and travel throughout the assigned region. Use applicable safety codes and standards while meeting quality, productivity, and timeliness goals.

Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Own IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines, integrate source control and automated testing/security, implement governance and hybrid cloud solutions, deploy generative AI services, monitor performance, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud platforms.

Lead the vision and roadmap for Acuity's multi-org CRM platform, translate business priorities into scalable solutions, drive integrations, data governance, analytics enablement, stakeholder alignment, and manage the product backlog to increase adoption and measurable value.

Serve as an HR business partner for assigned departments, leading employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, terminations, recordkeeping, engagement surveys, and training. Coach managers and employees, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Benefits, support HR audits and vendor tasks, ensure compliance with employment law and confidentiality, and contribute to retention and career development initiatives.
