Supervise daily loss mitigation document intake, underwriting, closing, and post-closing operations. Manage staff and offshore operations, monitor pipelines and service-level agreements, ensure RESPA compliance, identify process bottlenecks, oversee quality control, conduct employee coaching, communicate investor and product updates, support training, and assist with internal and external audits.

Manages foreclosure workflows and mortgage servicing activities in compliance with state and federal laws, investor requirements, insurer guidelines, and company procedures. Lead and scale mortgage funding and warehouse lending operations, manage P&L, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee daily funding/wire processes, optimize systems integrations (LOS, WMS, core, data warehouse), coordinate loan delivery and sales to secondary market/GSEs, and implement phased rollout with staffing, pilots, and risk controls.

Assist loan officers with mortgage production by welcoming clients and Realtors, setting up loan files, reviewing income and asset documentation, performing basic income calculations, running automated underwriting, disclosing and submitting loans, tracking workflows, requesting documentation, and coordinating with borrowers, processors, title companies, and Realtors. Promote loan products, maintain client relationships, schedule meetings, and help ensure timely closings while complying with mortgage lending regulations.

Leads and coordinates audits, regulatory examinations, investor reviews, and third-party testing across mortgage servicing operations. Evaluates controls, risks, findings, evidence, and remediation plans; conducts process walkthroughs, loan reviews, data analysis, and root cause assessments. Serves as a liaison among business, risk, compliance, auditors, regulators, and investors, while driving issue remediation and improving the Business Controls framework. Provides work direction and guidance to audit support specialists.

Support recurring accounting activities for mortgage servicing: record journal entries, prepare reconciliations, process client invoicing and AP tasks, assist month-end close, prepare audit schedules, and support process improvements and special projects.

Serve as the on-site HR lead for a Colorado contact center: administer wage & hour compliance, leave/PTO and benefits, handle employee relations and investigations, support high-volume recruiting and onboarding, advise leaders on Colorado and federal employment law, and maintain audit-ready HR records while partnering with corporate HR functions.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers onboarding and professional development for retail lending. Creates training materials, documents workflows, manages assets in SharePoint, uses Monday.com and Salesforce for project tracking and reporting, monitors training metrics, and supports team members with systems and processes to improve performance.
