Support the BSA Officer in developing and administering the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC/CFT program: conduct transaction and OFAC/314(a) screening, analyze suspicious activity, file SARs/CTRs, assess risks, update policies, train staff, prepare for audits, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage mortgage loan files from application to closing by coordinating with originators, borrowers, title companies, and operations; verify underwriting guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, HELOCs, 2nd liens), calculate self-employed income, use AUS systems for loan decisions, ensure TRID and regulatory compliance, and prepare loans for timely closing.

Provide front-line retail banking services including opening new accounts, assisting with debit cards and digital banking, processing transactions, and serving as backup teller. Deliver attentive customer service, recommend financial products, follow banking regulations, and escalate complex issues to higher-level staff.

Provide world-class customer care via digital channels for mortgage servicing inquiries. Resolve issues in writing, escalate and collaborate with team members, identify trends to improve experience, and maintain knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead complex BSA/AML investigations, prepare high-quality SARs, perform EDD on high-risk customers, monitor transaction activity, tune transaction monitoring scenarios, support risk assessments and regulatory exams, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to policy updates.

Support loan officers by managing workflow to ensure on-time mortgage closings, communicating with borrowers and partners, collecting documentation, submitting disclosures, performing basic income calculations, maintaining product knowledge, and promoting loan products while delivering excellent customer service.

Lead design and maintenance of scalable data models, dbt transformations, and cloud data warehouses. Manage a distributed team of 7–8 data engineers/analysts, ensure data quality, governance, ELT best practices, performance tuning, integrations, and stakeholder alignment across servicing technology.
