Own features end-to-end, write maintainable TypeScript, optimize PostgreSQL performance, participate in architecture decisions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable systems.

Lead West Coast business development for travel insurance by building partnerships with travel advisors, agencies, and providers. Own partner lifecycle from lead generation and negotiation to onboarding and support, develop and manage pipeline, forecast and budget, and represent the company at industry events to drive distribution and revenue growth.

Provide fast, friendly multi-channel (phone, chat, email) support for travel-related inquiries, resolve issues, maintain high performance metrics, collaborate across teams, and assist with claims and real-time trip assistance.
