Oversee daily office administration, accounting support, customer service, and sales coordination. Responsibilities include invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash reporting, reconciliations, collections, order management, quote coordination, customer communications, reporting, and maintaining office files. The role also supports vendor payments, capital project tracking, and inside-sales opportunities within a manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain quality and inspection plans, PFMEAs, work instructions, and process controls in a manufacturing environment. Support product introductions, validations, audits, MRB activities, nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, customer complaints, and corrective actions. Conduct GR&R, process capability studies, root-cause analysis, SPC, and 8D problem solving. Train employees on quality and metrology practices while driving continuous improvement and compliance with ISO and FDA requirements.

Provides technical application expertise, tooling recommendations, testing, and customer support for industrial cutting tools. Manages distributor and end-user accounts, supports sales growth, develops channel strategies, analyzes markets and competitors, and drives customer cost savings. Leads cross-functional initiatives and may coach geographically distributed sales personnel. Requires strong manufacturing or CNC machining knowledge, business development experience, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical data.

Leads customer accounts, sales growth, quoting, forecasting, and customer satisfaction for product introductions. Manages sales staff, contract reviews, customer requirements, trade-show activities, and new business development. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and shipping teams on product development, manufacturability, cost reductions, and compliance with FDA and ISO quality requirements.

Develop and optimize CNC milling processes (vertical and horizontal), create and troubleshoot CNC programs, design fixtures and tooling, support quoting and sales, collaborate with machinists and inspection, improve production methods, and manage process documentation and supplier selection to meet quality and cost goals.

Performs recurring accounting activities including job costing, cash and aging reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset management, intercompany reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, budgeting, accounts receivable processing, billing resolution, audit support, and financial analysis.

Creates and updates CAD drawings for standard and custom cutting tools, reviews customer orders, researches historical orders, calculates quoted prices, provides technical customer assistance, and supports procedure improvement and traceability efforts while learning from senior engineers.

The Manufacturing Engineer leads initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, implement lean principles, and mentor teams. Responsibilities include analyzing data, championing improvement projects, and supporting new product introductions.

Develops and improves CNC manufacturing processes, programs, tooling, documentation, and production methods. Troubleshoots process issues, coordinates prototypes and engineering changes, evaluates vendors and materials, estimates costs and production requirements, and supports quality, safety, and cost improvements. Works with customers, machinists, programmers, inspectors, and manufacturing management while providing technical presentations and sales proposal support.

Assist in designing and developing medical devices, creating documentation, testing and validating products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards.
