Create and manage written and visual content for internal and external channels, oversee social media and digital platforms, plan and execute photography and video production, maintain content calendars, support tours and facility events, handle media reporting using Cision, and provide administrative and marketing support across departments.

Support the Innovation Manager to plan, execute, and monitor innovation projects across departments. Maintain timelines, track KPIs, conduct research on trends and technologies, coordinate logistics for workshops, prepare reports and presentations, recommend process improvements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of Agile and Design Thinking methods.

Provide executive leadership for all operational functions including event delivery, facilities, public safety, emergency preparedness, and financial stewardship. Align resources, set performance standards, drive operational excellence and customer experience, support capital planning, lead senior teams, and oversee talent and succession planning to ensure business continuity and organizational growth.
