Lead fonio's UK content presence: write and localise UK website copy and landing pages, script ads for Meta/TikTok/YouTube, manage UK influencer partnerships, run UK social channels, and adapt global campaigns for British audiences to drive conversion.

Own the Brazilian top-of-funnel: qualify marketing-generated leads, run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), build and test sequences, hand off qualified demos to AEs, onboard customers, and iterate SDR processes. Strong performers can fast-track to AE.

Own fonio's French-language content end-to-end: write and optimize website and landing copy, script ad creatives for Meta/TikTok/YouTube, manage French influencer partnerships, run French social channels, and localize global campaigns and product messaging for the French market.

Own end-to-end people operations from contracts and onboarding through payroll, compliance, compensation bands, events, and offboarding. Implement and own HRIS and automation, support international hiring and Austrian labor law compliance, and build scalable people processes for rapid headcount growth.

Build and own fonio’s influencer program end-to-end: strategy, creator recruitment, contract negotiation, campaign execution, KPI tracking (reach, engagement, ROI), cross-functional coordination, budget management, and long-term creator relationships.
