Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims resolution and program closure. Develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, draft and finalize settlement documents, oversee claims administration and data analysis, resolve claimant disputes and liens, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliant, efficient settlement implementation.

The Staff Attorney - eDiscovery will assist with litigation projects focused on eDiscovery management, including document review, project management, and trial preparation.

Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims administration, including drafting settlement documents, overseeing claims review teams, resolving disputes and appeals, analyzing claims data, and ensuring compliant settlement implementation and fund governance.

Provide bankruptcy and related commercial litigation or corporate legal support. Handle client matters, perform legal research, drafting, and analysis, collaborate with team members, and bring strong writing and academic credentials. Requires Minnesota Bar admission or ability to waive in.

The Staff Attorney will manage eDiscovery in litigation, including document review and trial preparation, supporting teams in mass torts and consumer health product cases.

Process semi-monthly salary and bi-weekly hourly payroll in Dayforce, handle payroll inquiries, maintain payroll reports and funding for HSA/FSA/transit, perform monthly accounting tasks, support process improvements, cross-train, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll laws.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and dispute resolution across D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI, and other coverages. Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, and memoranda, secure defense and indemnity coverage, and coordinate with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel. Support all litigation phases including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
