Leads manufacturing continuous improvement and productivity projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and uptime. Defines standard operating procedures, production rates, work instructions, BOMs, and routings. Performs time, yield, downtime, and rate studies; maintains routing accuracy in JD Edwards and AS400; and develops capital expenditure requests. Requires an engineering degree and manufacturing experience, with lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Owns technical direction for conduit and fittings product families, leading new product development, engineering changes, design reviews, validation, cost reduction, and product launches. Maintains CAD models, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and ERP/PDM data while applying FMEA, CTQ, DFM, and DFC principles. Supports manufacturing automation and continuous improvement by designing process controls, SCADA systems, electrical infrastructure, and equipment layouts. Leads capital and process improvement projects, develops schematics and troubleshooting guidance, supports PLC programming, ensures electrical safety compliance, and directs technical problem-solving. The role also analyzes scrap, downtime, line rates, and material usage; improves manufacturing processes; develops training and process guidelines; and leads cost-reduction initiatives.

Designs, deploys, and operates secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. Responsibilities include container orchestration, GPU-enabled compute, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, MLOps, model serving, monitoring, data platform integration, and security governance. The role partners with architecture, cybersecurity, data engineering, and application teams to enable AI solutions across corporate and manufacturing systems.

Supports manufacturing quality by analyzing defects, troubleshooting design and process issues, implementing corrective actions, and improving process capability. Develops standard work and controlled documentation, leads problem-solving and Lean initiatives, provides technical quality assistance, and represents Quality on project teams. The role also monitors technology trends, supports inspection methods, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain customer satisfaction.
