Supports property-level HR operations, including recruitment coordination, performance management, employee relations, exit interviews, unemployment claims, training, policy guidance, compliance, HR analytics, engagement initiatives, and team events. Manages departmental staff, develops performance objectives, supports revenue and cost-saving initiatives, and provides management with financial analysis and reporting. Ensures compliance with GAAP, SEC, IRS, state revenue, and gaming commission requirements.

Leads regional procurement, purchasing, warehouse, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procure-to-pay execution across multiple properties. Translates enterprise sourcing strategies into regional plans, drives savings and contract compliance, manages budgets and audits, oversees licensing and regulatory requirements, and develops geographically dispersed teams. Partners with corporate and property stakeholders to improve supplier performance, standardize processes, manage risk, and ensure reliable availability of goods and services.

Leads and develops a promotions team while planning and executing promotions and events from start to finish. Manages fast-paced workloads, solves problems, uses marketing systems and tools, and collaborates on website updates, photo shoots, and social media initiatives. The role requires strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and schedule flexibility.

Conducts internal audits by preparing audit programs, testing controls and source documents, analyzing operational and compliance risks, documenting findings, and recommending process improvements.
