Leads U.S. income tax reporting, tax provision processes, federal and state tax compliance, ASC 740 calculations, effective tax rate analysis, and strategic tax initiatives. Partners with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax legislation, acquisitions, restructurings, audits, and SOX compliance. Drives process improvements and digital transformation using automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools while mentoring team members and managing tax projects.
