Plan, research, develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.
Job responsibilities
Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy
Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity)
Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on compensation and benefit programs and systems
Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives
Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefit administration and recommend appropriate course of action
Respond to and resolve a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues
May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay and incentive plan administration.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 ~ 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
Strong expertise in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation cycles, and benefits management.
Experience supporting both manufacturing plant and commercial business populations.
Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles, market practices, and regulatory requirements across APAC.
Excellent knowledge of current labor laws and regulations within the APAC region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and provide actionable insights.
Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Strong customer orientation with a sense of urgency in responding to stakeholder needs.
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is an added advantage.
