Manages Fuels initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, sponsors, project leads, vendors, and resources; maintains project plans, reporting cadences, documentation, scope, budgets, and status updates. Executes early-career recruiting strategy through university partnerships, campus events, employer branding, and Analyst Development Program hiring. Leads full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pipeline development, and candidate experience initiatives. Tracks recruiting metrics, manages internship and early-career programs, supports recruiters on hard-to-fill roles, and collaborates with hiring managers and analytics leaders to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, offers, communications, and store updates. Coordinate campaign setup, testing, quality assurance, marketing calendars, agencies, software vendors, and creative teams. Validate offer accuracy, content, legal disclaimers, links, brand standards, and point-of-sale and app functionality. Track execution status, share business insights, and recommend process improvements to improve campaign cadence and performance.

Supports the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office by maintaining project and initiative tracking, coordinating status collection, monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and escalations, administering intake and routing workflows, and preparing governance materials. The role drives follow-up with project owners and stakeholders, improves reporting consistency, and supports portfolio visibility across business functions and leadership forums.

Develop and support scalable data products, cloud data lake platforms, enterprise data pipelines, and analytical data services. Responsibilities include coding, data transformation, debugging, root cause analysis, testing, infrastructure as code, DevOps automation, data governance, quality improvement, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Supports retail growth and investment planning through market assessments, financial modeling, site and acquisition analysis, performance reporting, complex dataset analysis, and business cases for senior leadership. Partners across functions to guide new builds, rebuilds, relocations, and existing-location strategies while improving decision-making processes, systems, and tools.

Provides administrative and data-maintenance support for the Price Book department. Monitors and resolves ServiceNow tickets, emails, and phone requests; updates item information in the Price Book system to support accurate store invoicing, auditing, and scanning; maintains enterprise price-book data integrity; and collaborates with internal and external customers.
