GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position will maintain the Price Book and scanning data; coordinate the Price Book with the scanning process at the Retail locations; work closely with the Category Managers to coordinate pricing and promotional activity using data analysis; communicate and resolve exceptions that arise in the day to day operation of the retail locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Researching price book and chain supply issues arising at all Murphy USA retail locations.
2. Support monthly promotions for category managers.
3. Use data analysis to assist the merchandise department in the management of their categories and development of promotional activities.
4. Make items changes in price book system within 24 hours that impact the ability of stores to properly invoice, audit, and scan items of all stores.
5. Solve daily scanning issues for the retail operations. Monitor execution of promotional activities on various categories. Monitor the ordering system and assists stores with order issues.
6. Interact with outside vendors to explore new technologies as well as proven strategies for ensuring the development and progression of Murphy USA's merchandise department needs.
7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Range$59,800- $76,200
