The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling services, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.

Provide end-user support and testing for the Chemical Data Management System (CDMS), act as liaison between users and IT, troubleshoot issues using Excel and SQLI Query Analyzer, support global roll-outs, monitor project status, and ensure system compliance with chemical regulations. Role is scientific but non-lab and requires on-site client work.
