Write, edit, proofread, and publish on-brand content for the firm's website and marketing materials. Implement website updates, audit materials for compliance with client marketing restrictions, and support brochure refreshes and other PR/communications projects in collaboration with BD and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build front-end and back-end functionality, optimize SQL performance, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve automation and workflows.

Manage email marketing and webinar campaigns end-to-end, support CRM list building and data quality, produce email performance reports, update website content, assist internal stakeholders and Digital Marketing team on processes and special projects.

Run conflict-of-interest searches and prepare conflict reports using iManage Conflicts Management. Review new matter requests, perform corporate research to identify related parties, maintain the conflicts database, collaborate with recruiting/HR/OGC, assist with documentation, special projects, and provide on-call coverage as assigned.

Manage and produce targeted business development materials for the M&A/Private Equity practice, including pitches, RFPs, league table submissions, marketing collateral, and competitive analysis. Maintain matter and client databases, coordinate events and sponsorships, collaborate with PR/Marketing, and monitor market and competitor trends to support partner-led client development initiatives.

Manage front desk operations and visitor experience, coordinate conference room and visitor reservations, handle calls and deliveries, coordinate meeting services and catering, maintain security access and front desk procedures, perform administrative tasks and QA to ensure excellent client and staff service.

Lead word processing workflow during supervisor absence; manage, prioritize, and complete document requests; monitor equipment, supplies, and temps; perform conflict searches and troubleshoot technical issues; prepare shift reports and maintain confidentiality while supporting lawyers and business services professionals across varied shifts.

Supervise and coordinate a night shift team of word processors, document specialists, and proofreaders. Assign and monitor work, troubleshoot documents, maintain logs and personnel records, perform evaluations, ensure staffing, provide customer service and support off-hour requests, and implement departmental procedures.
