Develop and execute business development and marketing initiatives for the Washington DC litigation practice. Research lead opportunities using legal databases, prepare proposals, pitch materials, directory submissions, and manage the experience/matter tracking database. Collaborate with attorneys and firm teams to support client outreach and targeted marketing campaigns.

Support IP, Commercial Transactions and Advisory practices by developing and implementing business development initiatives: draft partner communications, manage proposals/RFPs and legal directory submissions, maintain matter and pitch databases, conduct market and competitive research, assemble client plans, coordinate events and sponsorships, collaborate with BI/PR/Marketing, and mentor junior BD colleagues.

Design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure web applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, build front-end interfaces and back-end APIs, optimize SQL Server databases, and deliver AI-enabled automation. Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

Lead and execute public relations and external/internal communications for the firm’s California offices. Manage media relations, draft press releases and website content, cultivate journalist relationships, coach lawyers on messaging, and support brand-building and reporting efforts.

Support growth of the Capital Markets practice by developing BD plans, conducting market and competitor research using financial and legal databases, managing deal databases, preparing pitch materials and tombstones, coordinating profile-raising and directory submissions, and partnering with attorneys and internal teams to drive client engagement and strategic initiatives.

Designs and formats high-end firm presentations and branded marketing collateral using PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Prepares print-ready files, retouches photos, sources logos and imagery, creates social graphics, and manages projects with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet brand guidelines and deadlines.

Supervise and coordinate a night shift team of word processors, document specialists, and proofreaders. Assign and monitor work, troubleshoot documents, maintain logs and personnel records, perform evaluations, ensure staffing, provide customer service and support off-hour requests, and implement departmental procedures.

Manage front desk operations and visitor experience, coordinate conference room and visitor reservations, handle calls and deliveries, coordinate meeting services and catering, maintain security access and front desk procedures, perform administrative tasks and QA to ensure excellent client and staff service.
