The Internal Audit Manager designs and leads risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluates internal controls and fraud prevention; reports findings to executives; supports accounting transformation and external audits; advises on risk mitigation; monitors remediation; and supervises, recruits, and develops the internal audit team. The role also maintains accounting policies, coordinates across global business units, and identifies process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Oversee global accounting operations, monthly close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, reconciliations, financial analysis, audit support, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Lead accounting policy and process standardization, maintain internal controls, support strategic transaction analysis, and manage, mentor, and review direct reports across multiple brands and business units.

Provide proactive customer support through phone, email, and chat for orders, products, warranties, returns, and general assistance. Build customer relationships, resolve tickets within service targets, support sales and lead-generation campaigns, maintain technical product knowledge, coordinate callbacks, and assist with wholesale inquiries during peak periods.

Lead technical accounting for ASC 606 and ASC 842 across brands: prepare/review entries, maintain lease and revenue accounting, produce technical memos, support audits, oversee direct reports, and standardize policies and controls.

Lead end-to-end hardware development programs (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP) for launch monitors, rangefinders, and wearables. Own schedules, budgets, risk registers, supplier/CM coordination, certification timelines, pilot and mass-production ramp, and executive reporting. Drive cross-functional reviews and continuous improvement of NPI/stage-gate processes.

Own product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for launch monitors and simulators. Define requirements, prioritize features, partner with engineering and operations for hardware/software launches, lead go-to-market, enable sales, gather customer feedback, monitor product performance, and present roadmap and results to leadership.

Partner with engineering teams to identify and qualify components, suppliers, and manufacturing processes. Optimize designs for manufacturability, reliability, quality, cost, and scalability. Support prototyping, validation testing, pilot production, NPI, BOM and component lifecycle management. Evaluate supplier capabilities, mitigate technical and supply risks, and lead DFM/DFA/DFC and root-cause problem-solving efforts to enable on-time product launches.

Define and prioritize technical requirements for hardware, firmware, mobile, and connected products. Liaise between engineering and business stakeholders, create specs and acceptance criteria, coordinate cross-functional teams and overseas partners, support QA and releases, and use customer data to drive product enhancements.

Processes full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payments, purchase order matching, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, accruals, cash requirements, and month-end close. Supports audits, maintains financial records and payment templates, handles 1099 reporting, and resolves billing issues with vendors and internal departments. Requires strong Excel, accounting knowledge, organizational skills, accuracy, and experience working with multiple companies and ERP systems.
