Secure high-impact earned coverage, manage announcements and exclusives, prepare spokespeople, and ensure consistent messaging across markets.

As a Product Designer, you will own product design for parts of the Emergent platform, designing clear experiences, collaborating with engineers, and contributing to product development.

Execute joint go-to-market plans with technology partners, managing daily relationships, business reviews, scorecards, integrations, co-marketing campaigns, launch events, and commercial terms. Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and legal to deliver measurable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes. Evaluate new partners, negotiate agreements, report progress and blockers, and build scalable partnership processes in a fast-paced AI startup.

Write high-volume paid and organic social content, including ad copy, hooks, scripts, campaign concepts, and brand collaborations. Manage social publishing cadence, develop PR story angles, collaborate with creators and agencies, and own campaigns from ideation through execution. The role requires strong cultural fluency, a social-native portfolio, technical curiosity, and 7–10 years of brand, agency, or independent writing experience. Based full-time in Bangalore.

Owns end-to-end India payroll processing, reimbursements, final settlements, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll accounting coordination. Maintains accurate employee data in Keka HRMS, builds HR reports and dashboards, documents SOPs, and supports onboarding, exits, engagement, and policy rollouts. Requires strong payroll expertise, HRMS discipline, spreadsheet skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Lead end-to-end user research for Emergent's platform: scope studies, define cohorts, design questionnaires, moderate interviews, analyze surveys and data, synthesize actionable insights, present findings to stakeholders, and embed research into product, success, and sales processes.

Work directly with US and European customers to build, customize, and deploy production-grade web applications using Emergent's AI platform. Rapidly prototype, debug integrations/APIs/databases, iterate on solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive scalable product improvements and own projects end-to-end. Requires shift flexibility for US/Europe time zones.
