- Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features
- Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail
- Contribute to product thinking and not just execution
- Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
- Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don’t need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication and strong product intuition
- High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships
- Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it
- Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
- Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns
- You’ll work on a product where design directly shapes how powerful the platform feels
