Generates leads through online research, cold calling, and other outbound channels. Supports senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing Salesforce CRM data, following up on leads, responding to client inquiries, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate sales activity and customer records.

Serve as the link between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams. Gather and analyze requirements, map current and future business processes, define solutions, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and create documentation. Collaborate with developers, administrators, and architects on Salesforce configurations. Develop test cases, lead UAT, prepare training materials, conduct end-user training, and support change management and user adoption.

Lead hands-on Salesforce implementations as a technico-functional consultant. Gather requirements, design scalable solutions (data models, UIs, integrations), develop with Apex/Visualforce/Lightning, build integrations via REST/SOAP or middleware/ETL, create documentation and test plans, train users, and manage stakeholder communication and project delivery while providing ongoing support and enhancements.
