Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Based in UAE)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in Dubai, with strong expertise in Salesforce and business process optimization. The role will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. The position will focus on requirements analysis, process optimization, solution definition, testing, documentation, and user adoption, ensuring that Salesforce initiatives deliver practical and measurable business value.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and solution definition.
• Advanced business analysis skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and business processes.
• Knowledge of software design concepts and/or programming or coding languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
• Experience in Freezone, Real Estate, Property Management, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience working on Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training for business applications.
• Functional or industry-specific knowledge relevant to the organization's business.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and standard functionality is an advantage.
• Must be present in United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with key business stakeholders to uncover requirements, document pain points, and define functional specifications.
• Process Mapping: Map current-state business processes ("as-is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("to-be") within Salesforce.
• User Stories & Documentation: Write clear, concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and process flow diagrams.
• Solution Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Solution Architects to design user-friendly, out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test cases, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet specified business requirements before deployment.
• Change Management & Training: Develop user training materials, conduct live end-user training sessions, and foster user adoption across business teams.
