Leads semiconductor test engineering from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing. Develops, debugs, qualifies, releases, and sustains ATE test programs for wafer sort, burn-in, and final test. The role requires strong customer communication, delivery quality management, project leadership, negotiation, conflict management, and coordination of international teams in an automotive development environment.

Processes and audits travel and non-HR expense claims, verifies policy compliance, reconciles cash advances, prepares SAP journal entries, maintains digital records, and communicates with employees about submissions.
