The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives in China, align with global teams, oversee project definitions, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Develop and implement SAP solutions, manage projects, provide IT service support, and ensure high service quality while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Leads industrial automation and machine maintenance, including advanced PLC programming, servo and electrical systems, Keyence and Cognex vision systems, MES connectivity, and ABB robot operations. Troubleshoots breakdowns, performs root cause analysis, executes preventive and predictive maintenance, manages spare parts and vendors, tracks maintenance budgets, and drives continuous improvement to reduce downtime.

Develop manufacturing concepts and operations quotations for automotive production. Design production flows, line capacity, layouts, ergonomics, safety, PFMEA, and poka-yoke documentation. Specify, source, install, validate, and accept production equipment while managing suppliers and resolving critical issues. Establish new lines, maintain ERP master data, coordinate trial runs, and support ramp-up. Track launch KPIs such as cycle time, OEE, downtime, and PPH, lead problem-solving activities, update production documents, and train line personnel.

Design and develop automotive components and braking-system assemblies using CAD tools. Prepare and maintain technical drawings and product documentation, analyze tolerances and interfaces, and support product improvements focused on quality, cost, performance, and manufacturability. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and suppliers, while providing technical support during prototyping, validation, and industrialization.

Develops and executes mechanical CAE simulations covering strength, durability, fatigue, thermal, noise, and vibration. Creates simulation plans and cases, evaluates results, prepares technical reports, recommends solutions, and supports new product and methodology development. Collaborates with engineering teams and communicates findings to internal and customer stakeholders.

Design, build and operate a global cloud landing zone on GCP and AWS. Implement automated account/project provisioning with Infrastructure-as-Code, maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), ensure platform reliability, lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis, and collaborate in an agile global team with security, network and governance stakeholders.

Advise and support internal customers on AWS and Azure cloud journeys: architecture, cost optimization, operations, troubleshooting, security, migration, and integration. Develop cloud best practices and standards, design enterprise cloud solutions, support PoCs and implementations, present solutions to executives, and share knowledge at events.

Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, perform variance and financial performance analysis, automate reporting processes using ERP/BI tools, and support external audits by maintaining documentation and strong internal controls.

Lead setup and simulation of ECU communication environments for CAN vehicle networks, validate Series Test Specifications during DV/PV, use bus simulation tools (e.g., CANalyzer) and diagnostic protocols (UDS, OBD), debug hardware with lab instruments, and collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to resolve complex network and hardware interaction issues.
