Build and maintain relationships, deliver sales presentations and negotiations, collaborate with operations to ensure satisfaction, and meet monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, package volume and retention.

Lead cost-control and quality initiatives for last-mile delivery operations. Monitor and analyze operational costs, establish KPIs, conduct audits, perform root-cause analysis, manage DSP and warehouse vendor performance, prepare management reports, and supervise a small team to implement process improvements and ensure contract compliance.

Responsible for managing first-mile pickup operations and logistics workflows across the country through TMS/WMS, data analytics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Support logistics operations through data analysis, develop analytical models, and assist in preparing reports and dashboards for operational insights.

Management Trainees will undergo a one-year rotational training program in operations, covering areas like warehouse management, data analysis, and leadership development to prepare for future leadership roles.
