Executive engineering leader reporting to the CEO, responsible for technology strategy, engineering roadmaps, software and platform delivery, scalability, reliability, cybersecurity, quality assurance, incident management, and team development. The role translates customer and commercial priorities into technical solutions, leads engineering leaders, partners with Product and business functions, and provides executive-level technical direction across SaaS, AI, infrastructure, integrations, and field-deployed technology.

Provides day-to-day internal IT support for a globally distributed team. Responsibilities include end-user troubleshooting, device and mobile device management, access provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, office network support, workflow automation, patching, and security compliance. The role independently prioritizes tickets across time zones and supports macOS and Windows environments, user directories, access controls, and SaaS integrations.

Serve and grow Fingermark's North America accounts through hands-on, customer-facing relationship management. Advocate for clients internally, identify expansion opportunities, drive revenue and renewals, manage multiple accounts, use ERP/CRM tools, and travel ~20% for onsite meetings.
