Investigates and resolves unauthorized EFT disputes under Regulation E, reviewing records, interviewing customers, contacting merchants, evaluating liability, requesting chargebacks, escalating eligible cases to pre-arbitration, and documenting decisions. The role requires meeting daily productivity goals, maintaining regulatory and policy compliance, handling customer inquiries, and working accurately with minimal supervision.
