The role requires meeting project deadlines, careful attention to detail, collaboration, problem-solving, and foundational knowledge of food science, engineering, quality assurance, and food-industry processes.

Manages site-wide human resources activities, including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, career pathing, training, employee relations, affirmative action, and EEO reporting. Develops department goals, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with managers and employees across the plant.

Design, program, and optimize industrial process control systems for high‑volume food manufacturing. Develop PLC/HMI code, implement advanced/process control strategies, standardize control hardware/software, lead controls for new equipment startups, apply statistical process control, document systems, and evaluate new technologies. Some travel to regional plants required.

The EH&S Specialist supports operations staff by providing training, performing safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with EHS programs and policies. They promote safety culture and assist with incident investigations and workers' compensation cases.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning to drive revenue and sales productivity. Coordinate new product launches, develop commercial playbooks, maintain sales systems and data integrity, analyze POS/syndicated data for insights, improve CRM adoption, and lead cross-functional reviews to optimize commercial performance.

Maintain and reconcile fixed asset accounts, prepare and post fixed asset journal entries, manage fixed asset database integrity, support capital expenditures and month-/year-end close, produce asset and capex reports, reconcile asset and accounting software, and provide audit support and ad-hoc analysis.
