Essential Functions:

  • General Administration Duties: Open and close the office daily.  Answer incoming phone calls with a professional demeanor.
  • Create Fed Ex shipping labels and track expense, facilitate plant mail operations.
  • Manage postings for employee communication boards as needed, weekly & monthly.
  • Invoice processing in SAP according to company policy including reporting.
  • Work with vendors on invoice payment statements, payment status, etc.
  • Serve as POC for the employee uniform program.
  • Serve as POC for contracted janitorial program.
  • Serve as POC for contracted security program.
  • Serve as POC for supply order program.
  • Coordinate contractor access and maintain accurate contractor compliance files including but not limited to: Contracts, Ethical Sourcing, Certificates of Insurance and Confidentiality Agreements.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Other basic office administration duties including meeting & training setup coordination, plant catering, calendar management, etc.
  • Stand-in for Senior Operations Support Manager with keen decision-making ability.
  • Work closely with Senior Operations Support Manager on special projects.
  • Other duties as directed or as required by business needs.
  • Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP and VIM processing
  • Friendly and approachable disposition

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Proficient in data entry and management with high level attention to detail

$27.96$30.58 USD
