Lead and improve the software delivery process end-to-end, from idea validation to production. Conduct business analysis, manage scope, risks, stakeholders, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and C-level stakeholders to deliver eCommerce and logistics IT projects while fostering experimentation, prototyping, and lean product development.

Monitor internal and external sources to identify emerging risks, analyse qualitative and quantitative trends, produce quarterly and annual emerging risk reports with recommendations, and communicate findings to stakeholders while collaborating with intelligence and risk teams.
