Support legal, compliance, and operations by preparing and managing contracts (NDAs, vendor and partnership agreements), maintaining corporate records and licensing filings across jurisdictions, organizing diligence data rooms, managing CLM workflows, building legal playbooks, triaging internal requests, and assisting with audits, regulatory filings, and money transmitter licensing processes.
