Own end-to-end mid-market SaaS sales cycles (prospect to contract) with ACVs of $50K–$250K. Build account plans, lead demos and discovery, craft ROI business cases, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and retention, and use customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.

Lead competitive intelligence and solutions marketing: track competitors across AI, developer tools, and platforms; build battlecards, talk tracks, and sales assets; run monitoring and research cadence; respond to competitor launches; maintain a single source of truth and ensure all external claims are sourced and verified.

Design, operate, and optimize enterprise B2B lifecycle and demand-gen programs using HubSpot and AI-driven personalization. Build adaptive, rules-based or algorithmic journeys across channels, run experiments measuring true incremental impact, partner with Data/GTM/Product, and ensure lifecycle messaging is timely, relevant, and on-brand.

Own lifecycle marketing for Lovables self-serve base across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Design AI-first, adaptive lifecycle programs that decide who to message, when, which channel, and what content. Build experimentation, personalization, segmentation, and event-driven architectures; partner with Data, Product, and GTM teams to measure incremental impact and optimize performance.

Own and run paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels end-to-end. Build automations and AI agents to read performance, pace budgets, flag and fix issues, and scale social creative. Implement and debug tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies), write measurement queries, and keep efficiency focused on CAC and payback.

Build AI-powered People systems embedded with the People team: design and ship secure, production-ready integrations, datasets, models, RBAC, and decision-support tools for hiring, workforce planning, identity, compliance, and potential customer-facing features.

Lead Lovable's visual identity using generative AI as the main production method. Build AI-executable visual systems (style references, fine-tunes/LoRAs, prompt libraries), direct high-volume AI output across campaigns and touchpoints, define brand guidelines for an AI-native workflow, collaborate closely with a Brand Engineer to create scalable tooling, and produce both machine-generated and hand-crafted brand assets as needed.
