Leads the Purchasing function and Buyer team at Haile Gold Mine, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, contracts, purchase orders, forecasting, compliance, and performance management. Develops KPIs, spend analyses, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements while partnering with operational and corporate stakeholders. Partner with finance teams, external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities while monitoring legislative changes and translating complex tax matters for business stakeholders. The role supports global operations and reports to the Vice President of Tax.

Leads the Asia Pacific internal audit function, developing audit strategies, plans, risk assessments, and internal control reviews. Manages audit assignments, communicates findings to senior stakeholders, and supports governance, compliance, and operational improvement. The role coaches and develops audit staff, manages performance and succession planning, and collaborates across regional and global operations. It also provides occasional support to US operations and requires approximately 25–30% travel.

Provide strategic legal advice across Canada and the U.S. on corporate, commercial, securities, compliance, employment and litigation matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support continuous disclosure and M&A; manage litigation strategy; act as key legal contact for the Haile Gold Mine; oversee external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Represents site technical interests during mineral processing project design and execution. Reviews engineering deliverables, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, manages design changes, supports procurement and vendor evaluations, and ensures brownfield integration with operating plant constraints. Participates in risk assessments, HAZOPs, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and project handover. The role also supports process performance improvement, safety, contractor coordination, and technical decision-making across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams.

The Senior Financial Accountant manages month-end close, journals, technical accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and SOX financial controls. The role also supports finance systems upgrades, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational finance teams while serving as a senior technical accounting resource.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, training, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintains SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters, ensures accurate and compliant employee data, assists with HR marketing activities, partners with Payroll, IT, and Health & Safety teams, and handles HR administration, invoices, and reporting.

Support month-end accounting for NZ operations including preparing journals in Pronto, balance sheet reconciliations, OneStream statutory consolidation, tax returns, audit support, AP/payroll administration in Redmap, SOX/internal controls work, and finance systems projects and process improvements.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.
