Work directly with enterprise customers to configure and scale AI-search playbooks on the AirOps platform, drive measurable growth outcomes, monitor performance, surface trends and risks, and feed product and delivery improvements back into the organization.

Own end-to-end client relationships for Managed Services pods, driving retention, delivery momentum, reporting narrative, escalation management, and identifying expansion opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Own inbound requests for sales and marketing ops: routing/account changes, commission fixes, form and campaign setup, event operations, integrations, data hygiene, and reporting. Build and maintain workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, QuotaPath, and Crossbeam, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and resolve operational issues to keep revenue systems running.

Lead AirOps research and thought leadership: identify stories in large datasets, run original research, produce high-quality content, and build cross-channel campaigns. Partner with execs, product, sales, and marketing to shape brand voice, distribute research on social, and maintain a high quality bar.

Lead and define AirOps' AI-native advertising product: build playbooks, run 0-to-1 experiments across LLM platforms, map customer growth architectures, converge paid and organic strategies, translate learnings into product and GTM, and serve as the company's public thought leader in AI Ads.

The Engagement Manager oversees client deliverables in SEO and AEO, managing strategies, roadmaps, and workflows while driving alignment among stakeholders and facilitating communication with enterprise clients.
