The Project Sales Representative will develop strategies to penetrate accounts, execute a sales plan, and build relationships with customers, focusing on heavy industrial and energy markets.

Translate complex business problems into decision-grade tools, risk assessments, and forecasts. Build, document, validate, and maintain forecasting and risk-scoring models and interactive tools. Partner with Operations and Finance to identify variables and improve predictive accuracy. Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders and support ad-hoc strategic analysis requests.

Lead engineering for planning, design, and execution of complex crane, rigging, and heavy-lift projects. Create lift plans, perform load and structural analyses, select equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct on-site inspections, mitigate risks, mentor junior engineers, and manage documentation and project coordination to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

Design, develop, test, and document hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems for heavy-lift mobile equipment. Support projects through concept, development, production, and implementation phases, provide on-site technical support, create schematics and manuals, develop test plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Lead pre-contract engineering for complex heavy-lift and rigging projects: develop lift plans, perform load/structural analyses, select equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, support sales strategy, mitigate operational risks, and collaborate with clients and site teams.

The Project Manager oversees customer projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction while improving team efficiency and communicating project statuses.

Sell heavy lift, rigging, and transport solutions to industrial and energy customers. Develop targeted accounts, execute annual sales plans, prospect leads, conduct discovery, prepare proposals, present solutions to decision makers, close deals, and coordinate project front-end with Operations.

The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, manage contracts, communicate project status, maintain cost forecasts, and ensure project safety and quality.

Create and revise CAD models and fabrication drawings to support engineers on heavy lift and transport projects. Maintain templates, ensure ASME drawing compliance, assist in basic mechanical design/structural analysis, support fabrication and load testing documentation, and provide CAD technical guidance.

Lead design and development of heavy lift and transport equipment from concept through production and implementation. Perform structural and finite element analysis, create CAD models and fabrication drawings, oversee testing and field deployment, mentor junior engineers, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
