Seeking a Project Sales Representative to develop accounts in heavy industrial and energy markets, create sales strategies, and build customer relationships.

Support senior engineers and project managers on crane and rigging projects: conduct field walk-downs, produce AutoCAD layouts, assist with load calculations, source equipment, prepare lift plans and documentation, coordinate deliveries and setups, and act as field technical liaison for safety and risk management.

Lead hands-on field operations and crews, ensure safety and DOT compliance, manage scheduling and equipment utilization, coach and develop field personnel, support recruiting and onboarding, implement operational best practices, and use IFS ERP and Boom Up for scheduling and reporting to improve efficiency and profitability.

Lead technical authority for complex mechanical/structural R&D projects in heavy lift. Mentor and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team, perform hands-on high-complexity design and analysis, drive innovation, ensure compliance with codes and safety, and support critical lift operations.

Sell heavy lift and transport solutions to industrial and energy customers. Develop account strategies, prospect and qualify leads, conduct discovery, prepare tailored proposals, present to decision teams, close deals, and coordinate project development with operations.

Lead the project team to ensure project completion with safety and quality. Communicate project status, manage resources, and maintain cost forecasts.
