Own Confido’s end-to-end data function, including ingestion, warehouse architecture, pipelines, modeling, reporting, quality, governance, and privacy. Build and lead the data organization, establish its roadmap and technical standards, partner with cross-functional leaders, hire and develop the team, and remain hands-on with SQL, architecture, and code reviews while the organization grows.

Own the strategy, roadmap, quality, go-to-market narrative, onboarding, and customer outcomes for product areas within Confido’s AI-powered CPG finance and operations platform. Partner with engineering, design, CPG experts, and go-to-market teams; engage customers regularly; clarify requirements; and support execution from discovery through launch. The role requires strong ownership, ambiguity tolerance, 0-to-1 product experience, communication skills, and AI fluency.

Manage deductions and disputes expertise for CPG customers, partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities and design validation. Advise customers on workflows, synthesize market feedback, support sales and marketing activities, and create documentation and requirements. The role requires deep knowledge of trade and non-trade deductions, accounts receivable, trade spend, reserves, accruals, write-offs, and financial reporting. This is a fully onsite position at the company’s New York City headquarters.

Build and lead Confido’s customer success function, owning onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, customer health, and escalations. Develop scalable playbooks, metrics, and operating processes while hiring, coaching, and growing an enterprise CSM team. Partner with Sales, Product, leadership, and strategic partners to improve customer outcomes and translate customer feedback into product enhancements. Remain hands-on with key accounts and executive-level customer issues.

Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live across multiple concurrent customers. Configure the platform, manage project plans and stakeholder alignment, deliver training and onboarding, track implementation KPIs, and improve deployment processes. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Solution Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful adoption and provide feedback that improves the product.

Own and improve AWS production infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security, incident response, and disaster recovery. Partner with engineers to improve development and deployment workflows, reliability, capacity, and cloud costs. Participate in on-call and deliver measurable platform improvements.

Own and build Confido's ML platform: design and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, optimize training/inference and agent workloads for latency/cost/throughput, integrate model data flows with data engineering, and ensure reliability, observability, security, and production model quality with online evals and human-in-the-loop review.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations for demand and supply planning modules. Responsibilities include data mapping and validation, platform configuration, forecasting and inventory workflow setup, implementation timeline management, user training, and issue resolution. The role translates CPG planning processes into Confido and communicates implementation insights to product and engineering teams.
