Own the full sales cycle for institutional private-equity buy-out clients, develop the upmarket go-to-market strategy, generate pipeline through industry networks, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, negotiate commercial terms, maintain CRM forecasts, represent Fundcraft at industry events, and coordinate successful client handoffs with onboarding, success, operations, and product teams.

Supports the Client Success team with client interactions, request tracking, documentation, onboarding materials, meeting coordination, feedback collection, and basic platform troubleshooting.
