Own end-to-end SaaS customer implementations from handoff through launch. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, configuring and training users on the platform, managing implementation plans and timelines, resolving risks and blockers, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. The role also develops implementation processes, playbooks, and product feedback while managing multiple customers and priorities.

Manage customer relationships for fitness and wellness business owners using Kenko’s AI-powered platform. Responsibilities include serving as the primary customer contact, resolving complex support issues, gathering product feedback, reducing churn, improving retention, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support. The role also involves managing projects, analyzing data, and delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, Google Ads campaigns, and Instagram profiles to improve visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Develop local marketing and content strategies, analyze campaign and channel performance, identify acquisition funnel gaps, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage multiple accounts, and present performance reports and actionable insights.
