Develop and maintain Java backend applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Use Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployment, and scaling in cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and follow development, deployment, and documentation best practices.

Design, implement and enhance T24 core banking functionality, resolve production incidents, analyze systems requirements, lead development initiatives, coach teams, and participate in infrastructure and solution architecture reviews for enterprise banking implementations.

Develop, customize, configure, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premises solutions. Build custom workflows, plugins, web applications, and integrations using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Perform data migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across front-end and back-end systems. Maintain technical documentation and use Microsoft SQL Server and Azure DevOps for development and version control. Banking or enterprise experience is preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based integration solutions, PL/SQL database applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL pipelines. Build integrations using OIC and ODI, implement Apache NiFi and Java data flows, optimize database performance, and ensure secure, scalable integration components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver resilient solutions using modern Java frameworks, messaging systems, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests (Selenium) for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Perform REST API testing, track defects in Jira, collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile, and improve QA processes and automation frameworks.

Lead cloud presales: gather and influence customer requirements, design and propose cloud architectures, produce proposals and cost estimates, qualify opportunities with sales, coordinate technical teams, and guide Professional Services through implementation validation.

Provide application support and system integration for telecom platforms and HDM/CPE management. Develop RESTful APIs, automate with Python/Bash/PowerShell, administer Linux/WebLogic, troubleshoot CPE and network connectivity, create Splunk dashboards, coordinate with network/security teams and vendors, and participate in on-call production support.
