Owns Workday Talent processes as the functional lead and subject matter expert. Oversees a global HR team and supports transformations, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, employee relations, labor relations, and change management across a matrixed organization.

Manages logistics support for FAA contracts, including inventory, warehousing, equipment deployments, government property accountability, funding, invoicing, aftermarket parts, and lifecycle support. Coordinates with FAA stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers; conducts audits and reconciliations; provides reporting and briefings; and ensures compliance with FAA regulations, FAR requirements, contractual terms, and property management standards.
