Drafts, reviews, and negotiates customer agreements covering software licensing, cloud-hosted services, and professional services. Advises Deal Management and Sales teams on contract modifications, commercial risks, contract interpretation, customer concerns, and disputes. Collaborates with legal, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine matters while escalating novel or higher-risk issues. Requires strong legal drafting, negotiation, communication, risk mitigation, and prioritization skills.

Supports account teams with transactional sales cycles, pricing and proposal creation, discounting, SKU guidance, deal modeling, renewals, order fulfillment, contract tracking, and customer escalations. Collaborates with account executives, solution engineers, partner sales, quoting, deal management, and fulfillment teams. Participates in forecasting and regional leadership meetings while improving sales productivity, revenue, margin, and customer experience.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, aligning Omnissa solutions with business objectives. Partner with sales teams to manage account plans, advance opportunities, deliver demonstrations and presentations, respond to RFPs, address competitive threats, and drive technical closure. Build executive and practitioner relationships, support platform adoption and expansion, influence product direction, and coordinate cross-functional resources across the customer journey.

Drive enterprise software sales across North India, targeting ITES, BFSI, public-sector, corporate, and government customers. Build executive relationships, acquire and expand strategic accounts, develop pipeline, forecast accurately, close large-scale deals, and execute consultative sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, customer success, and channel partners on go-to-market initiatives, account planning, cross-selling, upselling, customer retention, and revenue growth.
