What is the opportunity?: 
 
As an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) you will be responsible for assisting and supporting account team members in selling the company's products and services. A typical day involves speaking with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partner Sales Reps to discuss customer accounts that are considering purchasing, or already own, Omnissa solutions. ISA’s are chartered to help the account teams in progressing sales cycles, quoting, and placing orders. ISA’s will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience via the Omnissa sales model while improving revenue and margin generation in support of the sales team 

This role includes people who love to win, have strong business ethics and phenomenal communication skills. Working as part of a team that includes multiple business units is very important, as well as the ability to navigate a complex sales cycle with many of Omnissa’s largest accounts. 

Additional European language strongly preferred (German Italian, Spanish)

Here is a breakdown: 

Become a Subject Matter Expert with Internal Systems & Processes 

Build strong, effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including 

optimising sales productivity through assisting with operational & administrative sales duties, including: 

  • Pricing and Proposal Creation  

  • Assisting account teams in tracking customer contract data  

  • Discounting and SKU Guidance  

  • Order Fulfillment Collaboration, Partner & Disti Guidance, RMA’s  

  • Assist Sales Team with Deal Modeling – SKU selection and pricing guidance 

  • Provide Guidance for Creation of Renewal Proposals 

Collaboration with Internal Teams, including Deal Management Team (DMT, Quoting Operations, Install Base Team (IB), Order Fulfillment, etc.  

Assist Customers with Global Support Escalations  

Join Regional Leader Team Meetings & Forecasting Calls  

Support transactional sales cycles in partnership with aligned Account Executives (AE), Solution Engineers (SE), and Regional Directors (RD), along with members of the wider extended team 

 

 What will you bring to Omnissa?
 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or inside sales role (tech industry preferred) 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions. 

  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results 

  • Experience working with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) is a plus 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
