Supports development of an Enterprise Resilience Center by gathering requirements, mapping workflows, documenting processes, coordinating stakeholders, supporting testing and user acceptance, tracking dependencies, developing metrics, and creating training and enablement materials for monitoring, risk assessment, and crisis response technologies.

Develops and configures Benchling applications for laboratory sample and reagent inventory processes. Builds Python SDK and REST API integrations with enterprise and laboratory systems, designs data models and workflows, implements testing and CI/CD, investigates technical issues, and applies data integrity and security practices. Collaborates with scientists, product teams, vendors, and distributed engineering groups while using approved AI tools to improve automation and development productivity.

Designs and executes functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing for ServiceNow applications. Develops automated scripts and test data in AutomatePro, manages defects, validates data, documents results, improves QA processes, and expands automation coverage. Collaborates with engineers, product managers, delivery leads, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments. Supports junior team members and stays current with ServiceNow updates and testing methodologies.

Lead IAM assurance efforts: onboard and support consumers of IAM services, advise stakeholders on IAM best practices, enable IGA and PAM adoption (Delinea, SailPoint), collaborate with engineering/ops, identify automation and process improvements, and provide subject-matter expertise for secure, compliant identity services.

Apply SRE, DevOps, IaC, and GitOps practices; manage platform services, automation, cluster lifecycles, monitoring, networking, and security. Establish golden paths and self-service capabilities, document best practices, and serve as a technical escalation point for complex platform issues.
