The Position

The Customer Experience Platform Team at Our Company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to help shape and support Salesforce solutions across our Technology Solutions Product Line. This role will work closely with experienced technical teams, business partners, and end users to design, build, and communicate solutions that support our business goals and deliver a better experience for our colleagues and customers.

You will be supported by a growing team, but this is also a hands-on role. You should be comfortable stepping in where needed across delivery activities, from reviewing technical specifications and writing business requirements to supporting testing and helping the team move work forward.

What will you do?

• Lead Salesforce solution design across the Technology Solutions Product Line, ensuring scalable, end-to-end designs that align with platform, architecture, and team standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project teams, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to understand needs, pain points, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Co-lead discovery and working sessions with business partners, managing the agenda and discussion to drive clear decisions and shared understanding.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, solution options, fit-gap analysis, and well-architected Salesforce designs.
• Create solution design documentation, including solution overviews, capability maps, system architecture, configuration approach, integrations, and data flows.
• Provide level-of-effort estimates and clearly explain solution benefits, risks, feasibility, functionality, and fit for business stakeholders and technical governance forums.
• Support technical design authority and architecture review discussions, including presentations and follow-up clarification where needed.
• Contribute to capability and platform roadmaps, bringing a practical view of Salesforce opportunities, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly, visually, and in writing so stakeholders can make confident decisions.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams.
• Coach and guide a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals, helping to move work forward across multiple priorities.
• Provide hands-on support across delivery activities when needed, including requirements, testing, solution presentations, and sizing of customer needs.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience across full-lifecycle implementations, including business analysis, solution design, and technology delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Salesforce solution architecture and design, including business processes, integrations, user experience, and process improvement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on the customer side of Salesforce implementation, with direct exposure to internal stakeholder needs, delivery governance, and long-term platform ownership.

• Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce solutions, including business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, and process improvement.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to design, improve, and integrate business processes across multiple systems.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices and user-centered design/design thinking.
• Experience writing clear user stories and requirements for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Combination of Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst and Platform App Builder.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience or certification in Field Service, CPQ, Zuora, Data 360, Application Architect, B2B Solution Architect, B2C Solution Architect, B2C industry solutions or other Salesforce Architecture & Consultant Certifications.
• Experience with DevOps Tooling (such as Gearset, GitHub, Copado).
